Bounty Rush is coming to PC via Steam this fall

If you are a fan of One piece and enjoy a dive into the world of mobile gaming, you’ve probably heard of it One Piece: Bounty RushThe 4vs. 4 PvP capture the flag game is incredibly fun to play, has a gacha element, and is bizarrely immersive.

But in my time with the game, there was one area where it fell flat: the clunky touchscreen controls. Maybe this is just me, but I’ve never really been able to enjoy a game when I’m using a touchscreen to control movement or attacks. This will soon be a problem of the past, where Bounty fever is concerned as Bandai Namco has revealed that One Piece: Bounty Rush will be coming to Steam in Fall 2024.

In One Piece: Bounty Rushyou’ll gain new characters from a massive list of 200 potentially obtainable characters via the gacha system. You’ll then use these characters in 4v4 Capture the Flag battles to earn upgrade materials, currency, and let’s face it, bragging rights.

Porting this touchscreen mobile game to larger screens is already a huge step in the right direction, but the ability to play with WASD controls or even a controller (hopefully) will only breathe new life into this genuinely fun game.

Originally released for mobile platforms in 2018, Bounty fever has over 10 million downloads from the Google Play Store alone, and the reviews are overwhelmingly positive. There are regular events, including the current 5.5 Year Thank You Campaign, and you’ll never be short of new things to do.

There’s currently no word on whether the progress made on mobile platforms will also carry over to the Steam version of Bounty feverBut even if you have to start from scratch, you’ll still have a lot of fun fighting your way up the league and beating other players.
