BILL Belichick may be turning his back on NFL coaching for good as his relationship with cheerleader girlfriend Jordon Hudson continues to improve.

The US Sun spoke to two sources close to the six-time Super Bowl-winning legend, who claim that the relationship with the 24-year-old Belichick has given him new life.

The 72-year-old Belichick has not returned to the NFL sidelines since leaving the New England Patriots in January after a 24-year hiatus.

Earlier this year he flirted with the Atlanta Falcons, but his only job appears to be as an analyst for ESPN — and as a boyfriend to his new love.

ROMANTIC JOURNEYS

Meanwhile, Belichick and Hudson have been photographed together on a romantic getaway at Belichick’s Nantucket home, even wearing matching rings.

According to insiders, the two are in love despite the huge age difference. Belichick especially enjoys ‘the simple life’ after working in the pressure cooker of the Patriots for more than twenty years.

“This is another attempt to get young again,” said a former Patriots colleague who asked to remain anonymous.

He claims that after “making the Pats his priority for years,” Belichick now has complete freedom to enjoy his freedom and the “simple things in life.”

“I don’t know if he wants to coach again, maybe I’m wrong, but I think he realises there’s more to life than just football,” the insider said.

CHANCE ENCOUNTER

Belichick met Jordon three years ago on a flight from Boston to Florida and have stayed in touch.

The NFL legend, who split from ex-girlfriend Linda Holliday last year, has not spoken publicly about his new relationship.

But those close to him and Hudson are well aware that their romance is blossoming.

The close friend says he now sees a “refreshing” side of Belichick, whose iron determination and work ethic set him apart from the rest of the legendary coaches.

According to TMZ, the couple has been living together for “months.” According to our insider, this is anything but a quick fling.

“I think this is going to go far,” he admitted.

Hudson, who competed as a cheerleader at Bridgewater State University, reportedly moved in with Belichick in Hingham, Massachusetts, around New Year’s Eve.

She recently accompanied Belichick on a trip to Croatia and appears set to stay there, despite the vast age difference.

“She loves his jokes,” another friend of Belichick’s said.

“You can see the connection. They are a solid duo, two peas in a pod.”

He said his old friend “doesn’t care” what others think, and that he feels Jordon has been a “breath of fresh air” after resigning from his Patriot membership after so many glorious years.

With few coaching options available, Belichick signed with ESPN to appear on the Manningcast on Monday Night Football.

There will always be a demand for one of the sport’s greatest tactical minds to return to the top.

But now that love is in the air, Belichick’s friends say his attention is elsewhere.

“Bill isn’t worried about whether or not he’ll find another coaching job, he’s just living his best life,” his buddy said.

“Honestly, I don’t think he would be frustrated if he didn’t get a coaching job again. When you have a simple life and someone you enjoy spending time with, it’s hard to break that dynamic. We’ll see, but I’m having a hard time seeing him coaching again.”
