Andrew Garfield candidly revealed the skill he used for the first time in his upcoming film.

As a duo, Andrew Garfield and Florence Pugh are paired for the film We live in time.

In a recently uploaded TikTok video, a fan asked the co-stars if they would use their own accents in their upcoming romantic drama film.

The fall star replied, “It’s my second movie in which I do my own voice, but it’s been a long time.”

“A lot of people even think that when I speak with my accent in interviews, I’m lying and putting on a fake accent, and that’s not true,” she added.

While The Great spider alum confessed, “I think this is the first time I’ve used my (real voice). Yes, that’s true. I think it’s true.”

Meanwhile, fans filled the comments section to share their excitement.

One of the fans said: “Andrew Garfield so rarely speaks with his own accent that even Google thinks he’s an American actor.”

Another said: ‘I didn’t even know Andrew Garfield wasn’t American.’

“How did it take so long to pair them with a movie omgosh(sic),” said another.

For those unfamiliar, Garfield has an authentic British accent, but he has to use an American accent for his films. He was born in Los Angeles, California, and grew up in the United Kingdom.
