All Cured? Conor McGregor Returns to Running After Toe Injury | Video

It looks like Conor McGregor’s injured little toe He is doing better and is preparing for his official return.

In case you missed it, McGregor was away from his long-awaited comeback fight vs. Michael Chandler at UFC 303 last June due to a broken toe. It was the first time “Notorious” had pulled out of a UFC fight, so fans thought it was something serious. The injury turned out to be a small toe. Fellow fighters gave McGregor some serious criticism for the withdrawalbut the Irish superstar wanted to start his comeback fight without any problems.

McGregor’s recovery has remained largely undocumented thus far, leaving his return on the table. The UFC still plans to book “Notorious” against Chandler sometime this year, but UFC CEO Dana White has gone on record saying he won’t discuss anything until McGregor is fully healed.

It appears McGregor is closer than ever to a full recovery and reprising his massive comeback.

On Saturday, the former UFC double champion posted a video on social media in which he can be seen running down the street without any problems. Remember, McGregor said Serious MMA It’s only been three weeks since he could barely put a shoe on after breaking his toe. This seems like a drastic improvement for McGregor and a good sign that he’s preparing for his official return.
