Alex Pereira looks at next opponent after UFC 303 win

Reigning UFC light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira claimed another stunning victory this past weekend at UFC 303. In a dominant performance, Pereira knocked out Jiří Procházka early in the second round. The victory marks Pereira’s fourth straight win since his loss to Israel Adesanya at UFC 287.

After the fight, Pereira hinted at potential future opponents, indicating he is open to fighting Jamahal Hill or Magomed Ankalaev. About Ankalaev’s challenge, Pereira said:

“Everybody deserves to fight me, but I’m not the person to ask that. You have to talk to Dana White. I’m ready for anybody.” He responded similarly to Hill’s challenge with a straightforward: “Okay.”

Since his UFC debut against Andreas Michailidis at UFC 268, Pereira has earned eight wins in the top MMA promotion, defeating five former UFC champions including Sean Strickland and Jan Blachowicz.
