A Alabama Mom and son are accused of assaulting an elderly passenger on an MSC cruise ship before the son was taken off the ship in Jamaica, a report said.

The pair, 49-year-old Kelli Lyn Ryan of Huntsville, and her son, Dylan Ryan, were reportedly captured on surveillance video punching a 65-year-old victim multiple times on Oct. 6 during an MSC cruise departing from Miami. Local10 reported.

According to an arrest report obtained by the outlet, Kelli Lyn Ryan was aboard MSC’s Seascape ship when she struck the victim during a dispute in the ship’s theater room about 9:30 p.m.

However, his mother was allowed to stay aboard the weeklong cruise, although the stops were on the island of Grand Cayman; Cozumel, Mexico; and MSC Ocean Cay, a man-made island in the Bahamas owned by MSC Cruises.
