AEW Stars Return to the Ring

Over the past few weeks, AEW has seen the return of some of its bigger, contracted stars and now they are back to wrestling.

It all kicks off on next week’s AEW Dynamite, when Britt Baker makes her return as she takes on former AEW Women’s Champion Hikaru Shida in a singles match. She has been sidelined since last fall with an injured hip labrum, two hernias and a mini-stroke.

Baker returned at Forbidden Door to face TBS Champion Mercedes Mone, and the two have since feuded on television ahead of next month’s All In pay-per-view event, where Baker has already issued a match challenge. AEW has yet to confirm match booking.

FTR’s return to the ring is also next week, as they returned to television a few weeks ago at Collision. They took some time off after Dax Harwood suffered a hematoma in a ladder match against The Young Bucks on AEW Dynasty.

The tag team cut a promo on Collision, stating that they plan to capture the AEW World Tag Team Titles at All In.
