Abhishek Bachchan breaks silence after his notable absence from daughter Aaradhya Bachchan’s birthday!

Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai’s adorable little girl, who turned 13 on November 16, celebrated her birthday with the blessings of her Miss World mother, a glimpse of which the Indian actress, 51, shared via an Instagram photo dump.

However, Aaradhya’s father was noticeably absent from her big day, giving netizens yet another reason to condemn the actor after rumors of his affair with actress Nimrat Kaur started doing the rounds a few weeks ago.

Breaking the silence after Amitabh Bachchan’s response to his father Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 16, the actor explained his reasoning behind his choice to work in the upcoming film I want to talk and made a cryptic statement targeting the trolls.

“Shweta (Bachchan) is your daughter. I am Aaradhya’s father. Shoojit Sircar has two beautiful daughters, we are all girl dads so we completely understand this emotion. This was enough to convince me to make this film,” said the Dasvi actor.

He continued, “It’s mainly because fathers never make it clear. They do what they have to do in silence.”

For those unfamiliar, Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan got married on April 20, 2007. The couple sparked divorce rumors with their separate appearances at major events, but neither has given the confirmation yet.
