A daily schedule for the Summer Olympics in Paris

Hello, dear readers. Forget Mr. Big, the 2024 Summer Olympics are moving to Paris. Get ready for two weeks of swimming, triathlons, cycling, gymnastics and a host of other sports. There are more than 300 medal events to keep track of as thousands of athletes, including nearly 600 for Team USA, compete for Olympic gold.

In addition to the dizzying volume of events, you also have to factor in that Paris is six hours ahead of schedule. A lot of numbers to keep track of! Following the Olympics is going to be an Olympic sport. But we’ve got you covered with our regularly updated schedule of medal events from the Opening Ceremony through the Closing Ceremony on August 11th. All Olympic coverage will be available to watch on NBC and stream on Peacock. The streamer will even have highlights and an AI version of Al Michaels available. Dystopian. The opening ceremony will not be held in a stadium, unlike the Summer Games of the past. Instead, the venue will be the River Seine. Lady Gaga and Céline Dion could appear.
