ESCANABA — After three straight second-place finishes to open the season at Escanaba Speedway, Nathan Winling Jr. found victory for the first time since July 1, 2023.

“It felt good to win,” said Winling. “It’s fun to go there and go fast.”

Winling is second in points, just 28 points behind leader Wyatt Ammel. Nathan returns to action Sunday for Fan Appreciation Night at Escanaba Speedway. Grandstands open at 3 p.m., races at 5 p.m.
