Detroit Tigers President of Baseball Operations Scott Harris will continue his efforts to recruit more talented young players for Sunday’s MLB draft.

Last year, the Tigers selected high school outfielder Max Clark with the third overall pick in the draft. While nothing is set yet, the left-handed pitcher is already looking good. He will start in center field and captain the American League team in the All-Star Futures Game on Saturday.

After finishing second in the AL Central last year, the Tigers are now ranked 11th overall in the 2024 draft. They enter Sunday with three picks after receiving one compensatory pick (72).
