Farrell competes in the National Junior High Finals Rodeo

Ryan Farrell recently competed at the National Junior High Finals Rodeo in Des Moines, Iowa as part of the Texas National Junior School Rodeo Team.

Farrell, who hails from Welfare, had two solid runs in the first two rounds, which earned her a spot in the short round on Saturday night.

The short round is the final round where they get the top 20 out of 200 competitors. She had her fastest time of the week in the short round and finished 5th in the round and she finished #10 in the barrels competition in the world in her age category.
