‘I’m just bored and angry’: Sean Strickland ends feud with David Goggins with sincere apology

Yes, you heard that right, Sean Strickland actually apologized to someone after he badmouthed them all week. The UFC fighter has been feuding with David Goggins ever since he sparred with a Navy Seal.

After that session, Goggins challenged him to a Hell’s Week workout with him and even offered to spar with him. Strickland initially accepted the challenge and couldn’t wait to step into an octagon against the former Navy Seal.

But now the tables have turned and what fans got instead of a spar is yet another Strickland apology video. Funny enough, he always seems to film his apology videos in his car. Probably a safe place that liberals don’t know about.

While this wasn’t a typical apology video, as he didn’t break down. But he did apologize to Goggins for everything he said,

“Okay fine… sorry goggins, you’re cool. I’m just bored and pissed… you can show up but if you don’t, that’s cool man. You’re a good runner and you have some cool quotes. My mental stability is coming back, lol”

The former UFC middleweight champion blamed the fact that he didn’t get the title shot. Strickland claims he’s in great shape and is training hard in anticipation of his rematch.

This is especially funny because he was offered a fight for the #1 contender but he declined, saying he wanted the title fight right away after tagging with Paulo Costa for 5 rounds.

However, he is waiting for the fight between DDP and Adesanya so he can get another shot at the title.

Incidentally, just two hours before apologizing to the former Navy Seal, Strickland had annoyed him about X by asking him to come to his gym.

Strickland called Goggins a TikToker

Strickland appears to have gained some mental clarity after the workout, prompting him to apologize to Goggins. But before he went to practice, he was a threat on Twitter as usual.

In a tweet hours before the apology, he called the former Navy Seal a hypocrite and even asked him to come to his gym,

“I laugh out loud when I hear David Garggle Goggins rant… “I’m old school” as he says on TikTok “let’s handle this like men” Okay sure. I’m in Vegas, you’re in Vegas… I work out at the same gym every day… I’M EASY TO FIND!”

This was a very strange feud, nothing made sense to anyone. That said, Goggins is not the only one calling out Strickland for being unnecessarily aggressive with his sparring partners.

Even former middleweight champion Israel Adesanya seemed disappointed by the video of him bullying a Navy Seal, wondering why he hadn’t done it when he was sparring with Alex Pereira.
