Ephrata man accused of climbing and stomping on car that crashed into him: police

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Lancaster County man now faces charges after a car accident developed into a road rage incident, according to Ephrata police.

Sean Shoff, 32, was arrested Aug. 27 on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct following a crash at North Reading Road and Schoeneck Road.

Police say Shoff was a passenger in a dump truck before he was struck by another vehicle. Shoff reportedly exited his truck and threatened the driver, before climbing onto their vehicle and “stomping” on the windshield.

Shoff is awaiting a preliminary hearing scheduled for Nov. 19.
