In the main event, UFC light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira puts his title on the line against former UFC champion Jiri Prochazka in a rematch. Pereira knocked out Prochazka in the second round in their previous meeting at UFC 295 on November 11, 2023.

Brian Ortega and Diego Lopes were scheduled to face each other in the co-main event in a lightweight bout, but Ortega was replaced by Dan Ige.
