12-year-old boy killed in Russian bombardment of Kharkiv

Earlier this week, Russian bombs damaged Derzhprom, a UNESCO heritage site and the first skyscraper built in the Soviet Union. It was completed in 1928 and is known for its early Soviet constructivist architecture.

On the front lines, Russia has reportedly captured the village of Yasnaya Polyana, according to pro-Moscow Telegram channels. The town, which had about 500 inhabitants before the war, is located 32 kilometers west of Vuhledar, a town captured by Russian troops earlier this month.

Russian forces now plan to take another vital Ukrainian city, according to Two Majors, a pro-war Russian Telegram channel that releases daily updates on the war.
