SEC Network Texas Takeover to air on June 30

Austin- SEC Network welcomes the University of Texas to the Southeastern Conference with an all-day Texas Takeover on Sunday, June 30.


The highlight of the 24 hours of content will be the live broadcast of the SEC Celebration event in Texas from 5:00-9:00 p.m. CT, along with game replays and documentaries from the past year.


It all kicks off at 12pm ET (11pm CT, Saturday) with a replay of the Longhorns’ 49-21 win over No. 18 Oklahoma State in the Dr. Pepper Big 12 Championship Game. That leads into a pair of documentaries about volleyball’s back-to-back National Championships, with “We Are Texas: 2022 Volleyball National Champions” airing at 2 a.m. CT, followed by “One More Time,” the story of the 2023 title team, at 2:30 a.m. CT.


Six more game replays will then air, including Women’s Basketball’s 80-68 win over No. 11/12 Connecticut at 3 a.m. CT, Baseball’s 6-3 win over No. 14 Oklahoma State at 5 a.m. CT, Soccer’s 3-1 win over No. 6 BYU in the Big 12 Championship at 8 a.m. CT, Men’s Basketball’s 75-73 win over No. 9 Baylor at 10 a.m. CT, Softball’s 2-1 win over No. 1 Oklahoma at 12 p.m. CT, and Soccer’s 34-24 win over No. 3 Alabama at 2 p.m. CT.


Following the SEC celebration, the day concludes with a replay of volleyball’s 3-0 sweep of No. 1 Nebraska for the 2023 National Championship at 9 p.m. CT.
