Cyclists knocked off bikes, run over by brutal driver: video

Two Texas cyclists were thrown from their bikes and then brutally run over by a hit-and-run driver in a wild camera-based ordeal.

The terrifying incident is said to have happened Tuesday near Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, according to footage posted on social media.

The two unsuspecting riders were filmed cycling in the right lane when a white SUV suddenly approached from behind, an excerpt from the saga shows.

The driver was then seen to ram both cyclists and throw them from their bicycles.

As one of the cyclists lay injured on the road, the driver of the SUV recklessly plowed over him – crushing his legs and bicycle – before speeding away.

Other motorists quickly chased the driver before he was later arrested, a witness who filmed the ordeal claimed.

“The riders who were hit are expected to be okay, thank goodness,” the witness, identified only as @auroramyst, posted on X.

It was not immediately clear if the incident was intentional or if the driver had been charged.

The Post contacted Fort Worth police but did not immediately hear back.
