1 person seriously injured in shooting in West El Paso

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — One person was seriously injured in a shooting late Friday night, Oct. 4 in West El Paso.

The shooting happened at about 11:15 pm at 650 Sunland Park Drive, El Paso Police said.

Police said one person was transported with injuries and the Crimes Against Persons Unit is investigating the incident.

El Paso Fire said the shooting happened at a Whataburger and the victim was transported with serious injuries (Code 3).
