During what has been a golden week for our academy, with five players making their Gunners debuts over the last seven days, things got even better when four-time Olympic champion Sir Mo Farah stopped by the Sobha Realty Training Center to pass on some advice to our young people.

Being a huge Gooner himself, Sir Mo was only too happy to drop by to pass on some wisdom to our youngsters, as he oversaw a training session held by Jack Wilshere and his staff, ahead of our U18s Premier League South match with Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday.

He even got involved in some exercises himself before holding a question and answer session with our players and staff to reveal some of the secrets of his success.
