NFL Pro Bowler David Bakhtiari Dominates in 2024 Beer Games Will Make You Jealous

Three-time Pro Bowl offensive lineman David Bakhtiari is still looking for work as the league’s NFL training camps kick off late next month.

Bakhtiari, 32, played his first 11 seasons with the Green Bay Packers. From 2013 to 2020, he was among the best left tackles in the NFL as Aaron Rodgers’ blindside protector.

Unfortunately, injuries have caught up with the 32-year-old California native. Due to a large number of injuries, he has only played thirteen games in the past three seasons.

Apparently this hasn’t affected Bakhtiari on the competitive beer drinking circuit (yes, that’s a thing).

Dude legitimately made it through the competition at the 2024 Beer Games. Watch him down a cold drink while his teammate embarrasses himself. It will make you jealous of your student days. We’re not kidding.

That’s not even close to a fair fight. Bakhtiari might as well have done a barrel stand compared to those other amateurs out there. What’s up with the guy on the top right who can’t even finish his beer? From now on he should be relegated to drinking Michelob Ultra.

So much analysis. So little time. Actually, we should have this stuff on television, with Tony Romo and Tom Brady play-by-play.

Unfortunately, we digress.

This is nothing new for the veteran offensive tackle. He was spotted having a beer drinking contest with the aforementioned Rodgers at a Milwaukee Bucks game half a decade ago.

But we must remember that Bakhtiari was in his twenties at the time. Anyone who has crossed the 30-year-old rubicon knows it hits differently. A few of these and you’ll be dead to the world for a good 72 hours. Good for Bakhtiari for turning back the clock.

As for a return to the gridiron after three straight injury-plagued seasons, Bakhtiari makes it clear he plans to play in 2024.

“My goal right now is to make sure that not only do I make a full recovery, but that I can withstand and play the game I want to play, but also play and be there for a team no matter what happens “, David Bakhtiari said recently. “I’m not a reliever guy, I’m your cornerstone guy. Someone who will not only play in September, but also in December and February and of course hopefully for a few more years.”

Start your beer game now while you still can, David.
