Donald Trump Reveals He Asked Dana White to Create a UFC Style Fight League for Migrants: ‘Not the Worst Idea I’ve Ever Had’

Dana White may have a new project in store, courtesy of Donald Trump. It’s pretty common knowledge that Donald Trump and migrants don’t have the smoothest of relations. Since his presidential days, Trump has been dismissive of migrants in the US.

Trump previously went so far as to call illegal migrants “pests.” The former US president also accused them of “poisoning the blood” of America. And while these words have sparked a huge backlash, Donald Trump appears to have remained unfazed.

Fast forward to 2024, and Donald Trump is in the news again. This time he has proposed a UFC-style fighting competition for the migrants.

Donald Trump makes fun of illegal immigrants

Trump attended a rally in Washington, DC on Saturday. While addressing the crowd, the former POTUS came up with an idea that was quite shocking. Referring to the migrant issue in the US, Trump stated that he wanted a UFC-themed fighting competition for the migrants.

Trump emphasized the seriousness of his proposal and also said he had proposed the same to UFC CEO Dana White. Trump then continued to lay out his plans for the competition. He stated that the migrants will fight it out among themselves to have a champion.

Then the migrant’s champion will battle a UFC champion. The former US president went on to call the migrants “nasty, mean and tough people” while supporting his idea.

Later in the day, Trump said Dana White was not very enthusiastic about the proposal. But Trump thought it was “not the worst idea I ever had.” And as expected, a huge backlash followed.

Donald Trump’s words have been called ‘dehumanizing’

Shortly after Trump’s statements went viral, MSNBC hosted a panel discussion. Analyst Vaughn Hillyard immediately thought of the former president’s words with disdain. Vaughn compared Trump’s idea to America’s modern version of Gladiator. The analyst further warned voters that if Trump regains power, these “dehumanizing” ideas could be put into practice.

Well, it is not known whether Donald Trump said these words seriously or in good humor. As an avid fan of the UFC, this may be just a fragment of Trump’s imagination. But as it stands, Trump’s statements have been interpreted as inhumane. And so it is up to the ex-POTUS to determine how he will control the damage.
