How to Unlock Kastov LSW in MW3 and Warzone

Modern Warfare 3 is back for one last hurrah. Season Six will be the game’s farewell in September before live service content transitions to Black Ops 6 for the fall and beyond.

The Season Six Update for Call of duty contains a lot of things, such as the Haunting event, a new map, five new Shipment variants and more. But the main addition, as usual, are two new weapons. One of them is an LMG and it sounds like a blast to use online.

What is the Kastov LSW in MW3 and Warzone?

The Kastov LSW is a new light machine gun in MW3 And War zoneadded in season six. The LMG is described as having “best-in-class rate of fire and Tac Stance accuracy” and is “built to shred enemies at close to medium range.”

“The Kastov LSW evades the traditional role of an LMG and encourages you to close the distance to your targets by combining a high rate of fire with incredible accuracy in Tactical Stance,” Activision said. “It also features a rapid reload speed, allowing you to get back into the action immediately after exhausting its hefty 100-round standard magazine. Use the Gunsmith to further enhance the LMG, from further improving its accuracy in Tac Stance to powering it up for longer range with attachments that increase damage range and bullet velocity.”

With 18 levels and extra accessories to unlock, the Kastov LSW could take a place at the top War zone very easy to unload.

How to Get the Kastov LSW in MW3 and Warzone

The Kastov LSW is unlocked within the MW3 season six battle pass. It is a free reward that you can find inside Sector Nine of the battle pass.

To unlock the Kastov LSW, navigate right from the starting point of Sector One. Move through Sectors Three, Five, and Nine and unlock all the rewards to grab the new LMG and add it to your extensive collection in MW3 And War zone.

Additionally, if you purchase the BlackCell Battle Pass in Season 6, you can unlock Sector 14 almost immediately. You will then receive a special blueprint variant of the new LMG and be able to start using the weapon with the included attachments. You will no longer have to spend tokens to completely relevel the weapon without the attachments.
