Ark Survival Ascended – How to Get Cement Paste in Aberration

There are not many sources in Ark: Survival Ascended which are just as important as Cementing Paste, but getting this material on Aberration can be tricky. But fear not, because we have highlighted the best methods in this guide.

Unlike other cards such as The Island And The Center, there are no Casteroides on Aberration in Ark Survival ascended. So you can’t raid giant beaver dams to get large amounts of cement paste, which makes obtaining the material a lot harder.

Fortunately, there are other ways to obtain a large amount of cement paste, which we have described below.

Early on in Aberration, the best way to get Cementing Paste is to make it in a Mortar and Stample with four Chitin or Keratin and eight stone. This process is time consuming and requires a lot of grinding for raw materials, so the priority is to tame a Beelzebufo as quickly as possible.

Beelzebufos are found near the water in the Blue Zone of Aberration and are a relatively common sight. To tame a Beelzebufo, you should use the standard knockout procedure, but be careful as their attacks can stun you. Mutton and Prime Meat are the best food options when taming a Beelzebufo, but you can also use regular Meat.

Once tamed, Use a Beelzebufo to hunt insects. There is no shortage of insects in Aberrationand it is a good strategy to target Glowbugs because they are easy to defeat and do not become aggressive when attacked.

Alternatively, Kill or tame Achatina to obtain Achatina Paste, which you can use in place of Cementing Paste in any crafting recipe. Achatinas can be found in the Blue Zone on Aberration, the same area where Beelzebufo is located, but they are harder to tame as Sweet vegetable pie is required.

For established players on Aberration, A good strategy is to have multiple tamed Achatinas in your base that passively provide you with Achatina Paste when you need it, then use a Beelzebufo to grab extra Cementing Paste when you need it.
