Bruno Caboclo signs with Hapoel Tel Aviv

Experienced striker Bruno Caboclo has officially signed with Hapoel Tel Aviv in Israel. The club announced the signing on Friday.

Caboclo recently trained with the Golden State Warriors and has been eyeing a return to the NBA. His new deal with Hapoel Tel Aviv could mean an NBA outing, but for now it appears Caboclo will remain overseas for at least one more season.

Last season, in 58 games with Partizan, the 6-foot-9 forward averaged 8.8 points and 3.9 rebounds in 17.3 minutes per game. Caboclo shot 64% from the field and made 35 of his 71 three-pointers.

The soon-to-be 29-year-old averaged 17.3 points for Brazil at the 2024 Paris Olympics this summer. Caboclo also grabbed 7.0 rebounds per game. He was named MVP of the Latvian Olympic Qualifying Tournament, which Brazil won to advance to the Paris Olympics.
