Al Attles dies at age 87

Al Attles has died at the age of 87. Attles was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2019.

Attles played 11 NBA seasons for the Philadelphia and Golden State Warriors. Attles was also head coach of the Warriors from the 1969-70 season through the 1982-83 season. Attles helped the Warriors to the NBA championship in 1975.

Attles was also an ambassador for the Warriors for many years.
