In May 2023 they left the stadium and since then they have been temporarily housed in the Lluis Company Olympic Stadium.

Barcelona plan to return to Camp Nou midway through the 2024-25 season.

And it will look completely different from the iconic stadium that football fans know and love.

When the stadium is fully completed, it will accommodate no fewer than 105,000 fans.

However, this is not expected to happen until August 2026.

Barcelona wants to move back to Camp Nou in December or January, when the stadium will be just over 60 percent full.

The new stadium and campus will feature “the most innovative technological systems” allowing fans to live the Barça experience “at a whole new level”.

Approximately £1.3 billion (€1.5 billion) has been invested in the stadium and surrounding areas.
