Football season is (un)officially back with the 2024 NFL preseason, and Week 2 has plenty of must-watch games to watch. The preseason continues this Saturday with the Minnesota Vikings taking on the Cleveland Browns. While Deshaun Watson won’t be starting for the Browns in this preseason game, Dorian Thompson-Robinson gets another chance to prove himself. On the Vikings’ side, JJ McCarthy is out with an injury, potentially for the entire season. The Vikings-Browns game kicks off today at 4:25 p.m. ET on NFL+. Ready to tune in? Here’s everything you need to know about today’s NFL preseason game, plus the dates and times for all 32 NFL teams’ preseason games, and how to watch the entire NFL preseason.

Date: Saturday August 17, 2024

Time: 4:25pm ET/1:25pm PT

A basic $6.99-per-month (or $40-per-year) subscription to NFL+ gets you live out-of-market preseason games on supported devices, live local and primetime regular season and postseason games on your phone or tablet, and live audio for every game of the season on supported devices. NFL+ Premium is a bit more expensive at $14.99-per-month (or $80-per-year) and also includes access to NFL Network and NFL RedZone, plus full and condensed replays of every game on supported devices. Many NFL preseason games are broadcast on local channels, so if you want to watch a game in your own market, it may be as simple as turning on your TV (or installing a digital TV antenna). If you want to watch games outside your market, a $7/month subscription to NFL+ gets you access to NFL Network, which will have all the preseason games outside your market. The downside to NFL+? When it comes to the regular season, it’s a much less useful option since there are far fewer NFL Network games during the regular season. In that case, we recommend watching both the 2024 NFL preseason AND regular season.

(Fubo)

Fubo TV gives you access to ESPN, NFL Network, Fox, ABC, CBS, and 100+ other live channels. At $80/month, the live TV streaming service is definitely a great investment for football fans. But it offers nearly every channel you need to watch the NFL preseason and regular season, and you’re still saving a lot compared to a traditional cable package. Fubo subscribers also get 1,000 hours of cloud DVR storage. The platform also offers a free trial, so you can watch some preseason games risk-free.
