33-year-old man charged with manslaughter over fatal CBD attack

33-year-old man Todd Menegaldo has been charged with manslaughter following a fatal attack in the CBD.

Victim Andrew Truman died after he was approached on Elizabeth Street and struck in the head on October 9.

After a three-week manhunt, Menegaldo was arrested at a boarding house in Moonee Ponds.
