#33 on Fox 40’s Top 40: Vickie Sax

After leaving the collegiate ranks, Sax returned to Section IV and returned to Vestal to once again coach field hockey and softball. On the softball field, Vestal has won two Section IV championships since taking over in 2022, reaching the state final four both years. In field hockey, Vickie took over in 2012 and has reached the state title game three times, following back-to-back New York State Class B Championships and advancing many of her players to the collegiate ranks.
