2024 PRCA Rodeos for Washington, Oregon and Idaho


MOSES MORE — As summer approaches, competitors will travel across the country to upcoming rodeos throughout the region.

All dates, times and additional fees are according to the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association.

Nieuwpoort Rodeo – Nieuwpoort

The Newport Rodeo, now a three-day event, starts June 20 and runs through June 22. This year’s edition will be the rodeo’s 75th anniversary and includes $35,250 in additional funding.

The promotion starts at 6:30 PM on June 20 and at 7:15 PM on June 21 and 22. The ticket for each show costs $25, with Thursday’s show offering a $5 discount.

Crooked River Roundup – Prineville, Oregon.

The three-day Crooked River Roundup begins June 20 and the rodeo action continues through June 22. Each show starts at 7 p.m. in the Susie Yancey Pape Arena, with the entire rodeo having $90,000 in additional funding this year.

Tickets cost $10 for children ages 5 to 12 and $25 for children over 13.

Molalla Buckeroo Rodeo – Molalla, Ore.

The four-day rodeo, with two showings on the 4th of July, kicks off at 8 p.m. on July 1 at the Molalla Buckeroo Arena in Molalla, Oregon. This year’s edition of the rodeo has $56,000 in additional funding.

Each show begins July 1-4 at 8 p.m., with an additional matinee on July 4 at 1:30 p.m. General admission tickets range from $15-22 depending on the day and time of the show, and for children under 6 years old are free with the purchase of a general admission ticket.

St. Paul Rodeo – St. Paul, Oregon.

The five-day rodeo has six showings from July 2 to 6 at the St. Paul Rodeo Arena in St. Paul, Ore., including two on July 4 – one at 1:30 p.m. and one at 7:30 p.m. The nighttime showing starts at 7am. :30 each of the days.

Grandstand tickets are $26 each, with discounts available during the July 4 matinee.

Eugene Pro Rodeo — Eugene, Ore.

The four-day rodeo, hosted at the Oregon Horse Center in Eugene, Ore., has nightly showings from July 3 through July 6, with each show starting at 7:30 p.m. The Eugene Pro Rodeo has $60,000 in additional funding this year.

General admission tickets cost $25 per night.

Basin City Freedom Rodeo — Basin City

With $104,000 in additional funding, the three-day Basin City Freedom Rodeo begins July 3 and continues through July 5 at the Freedom Rodeo Arena in Basin City, Washington.

Single-day tickets cost $15 for those ages 13 and older and $10 for children ages 6 to 12. Children under 5 years old are free.

Sedro-Woolley PRCA Rodeo — Sedro-Woolley

The two-day rodeo with $32,000 in additional funding will begin at the Sedro-Woolley Riding Club Arena on July 3 at 6 p.m., with the second showing on July 4 at 3 p.m.

General admission tickets cost $20, while youth (ages 5-10) and seniors (over 65) cost $15 per day.

Toppenish Rodeo — Toppenish

The two-day Toppenish Rodeo, which has $32,000 in additional funding, kicks off at Brost Arena in Toppenish, Wash., on July 5 and 6 at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets for those 13 years and older cost $18 for the day, while senior tickets cost $15 and youth tickets cost $13. Children under 5 are free.

Elgin Stampede – Elgin, Ore.

The two-day rodeo, hosted at the Elgin Stampede Grounds in Elgin, Oregon, with $40,500 in additional funding, runs July 12-13 with shows starting each night at 7 p.m.

Adult tickets cost $22 each, while children’s tickets cost $17 each.

Cheney Rodeo – Cheney

The Cheney Rodeo takes place July 12-14 at the BiMart Arena in Cheney, Washington, and includes $58,060 in additional funds. The rodeo starts on July 12 and 13 at 7:10 PM, while the show starts on July 14 at 4:10 PM

Tickets cost $35 on July 12 and 13, while Sunday tickets cost $30 for adults and $20 for children 12 and under.

Lake Chelan Pro Rodeo — Chelan

The Lake Chelan Pro Rodeo, which takes place July 19-20 at the Chelan Rustlers, had $16,000 in additional funding this year.

Adult tickets cost $20 online and $25 at the door per day, while senior and student tickets cost $15 online and $17 at the door. Children under 5 years old have free admission.

Chief Joseph Days – Joseph, Ore.

The four-day rodeo, hosted at the Harley Tucker Memorial Arena, runs July 24-27 in Joseph, Oregon. The rodeo has $65,500 in additional funding this year and each show starts at 7 p.m.

General admission tickets for the July 24 and 25 shows are $20 each, while the July 26 and 27 shows are $22 for general admission.

Cle Elum Roundup – Cle Elum

The Cle Elum Roundup, held at the Washington State Horse Park in Cle Elum, has $18,500 in additional funding and runs July 26-27 with showings each evening at 7:30 p.m.

General admission tickets are $20 on July 26 and $30 on July 27. Children under 5 years old have free admission.

Bonner County Rodeo – Sandpoint, Idaho

The two-day rodeo, hosted at the Bonner County Fairgrounds in Sandpoint, Idaho, with $27,500 in additional funding, will be shown nightly on August 2 and 3 at 7:30 p.m.

General admission tickets cost $16 per showing.

Farm-City Pro Rodeo – Hermiston, Oregon.

The four-day rodeo, held Aug. 7-10 at the Farm-City Arena, raised $195,000 in additional funding this year. Each performance starts at 7:45 PM

General seating tickets cost $17 per evening.

Omak stampede – Omak

Four days of performances will take place at this year’s Omak Stampede, which has $72,500 in additional funding and takes place August 8-11 at the Stampede Arena in Omak, Washington. 11 show is at 1 p.m

Ticket prices for each performance range from $13-28.

Yakima Valley Fair and Rodeo – Grandview

The two-day rodeo, hosted at the Yakima Valley Fair and Rodeo Grounds in Grandview, Washington, will be held August 9 and 10 with performances each evening at 7:30 p.m. The rodeo has $16,250 in additional funding this year.

Lynden PRCA Rodeo – Lynden

The Lynden PRCA Rodeo takes place August 12-13 at the Northwest Washington Fairgrounds, with performances every evening at 7 p.m. There will be $32,000 in additional funding at the rodeo this year.

Ticket prices range from $10-25 for each night.

Canby Rodeo – Canby, Ore.

The five-day rodeo will be held from August 13 to 17 at the Bob Trevers Arena in Canby, Oregon, and will have $104,000 in additional funding. Each performance starts at 7:30 PM

Ticket prices start at $13 for the August 13, 14 and 15 performances and start at $15 for the August 16 and 17 performances.

Moses Lake Round-up Rodeo — Moses Lake

The three-day rodeo with $134,500 in additional funding begins August 15 at the Grant County Fairgrounds in Moses Lake, Washington, and continues through August 17. Performances are held every evening at 7:30 PM.

General admission tickets cost $20 for adults, $15 for seniors and $5 for children ages 7 to 9.

Kitsap Stampede-Bremerton

The three-day Kitsap Stampede rodeo takes place August 21-23 at the Thunderbird Arena in Bremerton, Washington, and includes $134,000 in additional funding. Each performance starts at 6:30 PM

Gem State Stampede – Coeur d’Alene, Idaho

The Gem State Stampede takes place on August 21 and after a day off from August 23 to 25 at the Findlay Arena in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. The rodeo, which has $75,000 in additional funding, will have performances at 6:30 p.m. on August 21, 23 and 24, and at 2 p.m. on August 25.

Ticket prices start at $20 per night of the rodeo.

Ellensburg Rodeo – Ellensburg

Four days of rodeo action will be held at the Ellensburg Rodeo Grounds from August 30 to September 2, with performances beginning at 6:45 PM on August 30, 12:45 PM on August 31 and 11:45 AM on September 1-2.

Ticket prices start at $21 on August 30 and September 2, and $22 on August 31 and September 1.
