Mike Tindall

Tindall, who played 75 caps for England, was the last player from the 2003 squad to retire when he retired from active duty in 2014. To make his royal life even more regal, he married Zara Phillips, the daughter of Princess Anne, in 2011.

Since then, he has been spotted regularly alongside royalty at various sporting events and public appearances, embodying a mix of athletic prowess and royal connections. He also hosts the podcast The Good, The Bad, And The Rugby.

Ben Kay

Kay played 62 caps for England during his eight-year international career, retiring in the summer of 2010. He has since worked as an analyst for several leading broadcasters and held a position as a non-executive director at Leicester Tigers from 2014 to 2021.

Neil Back

The openside flanker for England in 2003 moved into coaching roles after retiring, notably at Leeds Carnegie and Rugby Lions. His spell culminated in overseeing an unbeaten 2011/12 season with Rugby Lions in the fifth tier, securing both a league title and a cup win. His last full-time coaching position was with Edinburgh, which ended in 2013.
